U Cook, U Clean, U Work, U Drive, U Search, U Find, U Read, U Write, U Worry, U Dream, U Hope, & U Love

In other words, u had kielbasa for dinner, because the Sriracha sauced pork in the fridge doesn't appeal to the parents, and u needed something for the noodles and green beans. Good news is both joined at the dinner table and ate well. u did a good job.

U attended an evening talk with Jeff Pegues, Dave Winfield, Candace Parker, and Charles Smith who discussed The Power of Sports, especially during a period of racial tragedies and unrest, and their need to step up in their positions of power. It was exciting to hear Jeff Pegues read a question from u, Bryan Ripley Crandall, for Candace Parker: In terms of equity, equality, & justice not only for our nation, but in sports, what would you like the fellow panelists (and interviewer) to know about YOU as a woman athlete and achiever? in regards to disparities in athletics and in the home? Her response was phenomenal and sort of set a tone for a large part of the show.

U attended. U listened. U took notes. U learned.

Then u starting thinking of u're niece, Nikki, who was sent home for two weeks because of a bronchial cough and the dangers of Covid where no medical facility can afford taking chances any longer. U think of Flanagan 2018 and u start humming their theme music. Then u think, well there u have it.
U have a post for the morning, all for Nikki.

All because of kielbasa. U matter. U exist. U watch the Syracuse snow spit from the sky.

U.
